Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: no
Focus: internal/external
Purpose: to bring in lightness in the body, to move creatively in the space

First move: OTS Sway, bringing softness into the body, bringing the body from side to side

Second move: OTS Connect on the “look up child” -bringing your awareness back to the breath with the soft look up, bringing up the head/chin and arms slowly and gently at their own pace.

Third move: 1-2-123: allow the Groovers to connect to the rhythm moving through the space in a relaxed way, encourage that movement somewhere else in the body, turning it and allowing the body to flow with movement.
Getting inspired by the song reminding them there are various ways to do the rhythm.
And remind them to look up when the music tells you.
Keep your body relaxed, loose and easy. Make it feel good as you flow through the room.
