Purpose: To practice and explore rhythms and syncopation
First move: Put that beat in your feet, just that beat. Make it really strong. Then let your body just dance until the ‘stomp stomp’ comes in again.
Stomp somewhere different every time. Dance differently every time. For a challenge, jump the stomp – go for distance!
Second move: Walk with arms on the accents. Punch your arms strong on the accents and then dance your walk in between.
Third move: Do a wiggle dance in the break. Like you own the joint!
