First move: Lift Arms Up, Melt Down, open & hug – Start on the spot and just gently sway, You can put your hands on your heart if you want to connect with yourself. The arms will go up slowly. Look up. Now melt it down slowly. Open your arms as you come up then wrap your arms around yourself and give yourself a hug. Keep it soft, light and gentle. Can you do it differently each time? Let your body dance it. Arms dance up softly, melt and dance down gently, open and lift, then wrap your arms. Can you look up as you lift your arms? Add your essence and style. Do it your way.

Second move: SQQ – Now we will go into a rhythm of Slow. Quick. Quick. Slow. Quick. Quick. Show me how delicate, light, and soft you can be. Begin to travel with this SQQ. Explore your space. Allow your arms to dance softly and lightly all around. Accent the slow with your arms, but dance it. Can you use different directions? Beautiful. Slow. Quick. Quick. Explore soft, delicate, soft arm movements. It’s possible to turn with this rhythm. Add your style and expression. Your way is the right way. Make it feel good. Infuse it with your breath.
