First move: Hips. Wherever you are, start to move your hips. You might make circles, or move side to side, or do figure 8’s, just let your hips dance and make it feel good.

Second move: 1,2,3-Tap. Here’s the rhythm. 1,2,3-Tap. 1,2,3-Tap. Good. Now add a little hip on that tap. Yes! You can tap anywhere you want. Relax, make it yummy. Soft and confident. Maybe try a turn. Let’s see those arms dancing. even get your shoulders in it. 1,2,3-Tap. Go ahead and take up more space. Play with moving in different directions. Let’s see your own style and Latin vibe in it. Your way is the right way. Little hip bump on that tap. Doesn’t matter where you tap. “I feel free”, that’s what she’s saying so let’s see it!
