First Move: Claps. Connect them all to the clap you hear in the song, happy, fun, playful, oh yes.
Second Move: Twist. Listen to the lyrics, the song is telling you exactly when we are twisting.
You know how to twist, stick your butt out, bend your knees and wiggle your butt, twist it, be so playful and fun with it.
Remember to encourage them to sing-along. Please with levels during that twist, lifting up legs. Your whole body is dancing, lots of arm action with it as well.
Twisting is a great way to lubricate your spine, educate your participant with this great information.
Third Move: 60s walk. Lots of fun and still very playful.
