Pre-Teach: Combo of 3 bending knees (squats) and one lift (calf raise) and then reverse to 3 raises and one bend
Focus: External
Purpose: Interact with friends and strengthen leg muscles in combo
First move: Lets start with a walk, great now swing your partner! Make sure that you try and swing with everyone. Great,try different directions. Be gentle with each other.
Second move: Ok freeze here comes our combo remember? Bend your knees three two one now lift. Good 3 2 1 lift. 3 2 1 up. 1 2 3 Up. Now lets go up 1 2 3 bend your knees, 1 2 3 bend, 3 2 1 bend last time make it strong!
Third move: Take a big dramatic bow!
