First move: dance walk – Find the beat in your feet, DANCE it! All directions, whole body, enjoy it!
Second move: OTS flow – Pause, relax and let your arms and body express the music and voice!
Third move: light run – the beat gets stronger so widen your stride and begin to pick up the energy for the music to really get peppy!
Move around each other too!
Fourth move: 123 – small feet with lots of bounce and lightness! Twirling, flipping feet up, lots of arms and of course some fun in your body!
