Pre-Teach: Yes
Focus: Both
Purpose: To warm up the body and mobilize hip joints
Pre-Teach: Teach them this when the song starts, or maybe before you start the music, if you have new groovers.
Running the hands down their hair when the song starts. It’s so lovely
First move: OTS Hair-Arms-Movement. Really gentle and feel good, raise your arms and show when you come down with your arms/hands how you let your hair down.
Make it feel delicious and yummy. Repeat this as many times until the beat comes in.
Second move: Wide-Walk. Bend your knees, go a little lower. Get into that wide walk and into the reggae feel. Really relaxed and chilled out.
Your whole body is dancing along, your arms, your head and your face is so soft and gentle, a soft gentle smile on your face.
