Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No
Focus: External
Purpose: to connect to the style of the music and explore your range of motion kicking and rolling.

First Move: Step-Kick. That kick is a little flick. Add some jazz hands. Confidently. Kick all around your body. Different directions.
Move through the space. You might pretend you have a cane or a top hat and you’re dancing with it.

Second Move: Pose. Move to the next one. Move to the next one. Now hold this pose.
Yes! Be creative with your poses. Connect with each other.

Third Move: Arm Rolls. It’s fists rolling, but add more of your body to the rolls. Have a good time with your rolls. You can reverse them. But whatever you do, let it feel good.
Invite in more body parts. Try rolling the other direction now and then. If you feel like traveling a little, go ahead. See what you can do.
