First move: Dance Walk – connect to the beat and travel! Dance it, get creative in your travel patterns, moving around each other or furniture.
Adding in lots of arms, dancing it your own way. Use the music to cue you for variety, stronger, softer, more arms, more dancing, etc.
Second move: OTS shake – simply connect with the music and dance shake your body.
The purpose is to wake up and energize all areas of your body! Get really creative here.
You can suggest various body parts for the shake as well. Remember different directions, levels and even shaking with someone else!
If a beat comes in soft during the shake you can add a little walk OTS, kick it back in when the beat gets stronger.
