Purpose & Focus: Cool down or Warm Up Forward fold and stretch

Invite your participants to take a few nice big breaths bringing the arms up and down.
Then invite them to do some gentle forward folds. Rolling up and down very slowly.
Then invite them to do a few lateral stretches, guiding them to one side, then the other. Nice big reaches exploring their own extensions and taking full breaths.
You can guide them to bring their arms up and down with their breath.
Invite a gentle forward fold with one arm over the top. Do a couple on each side.
If you feel like it, ask them to bring their arms up and sway gentle side to side.
You can continue moving through these stretches and forward folds until the end of the song.
