Song is heavy and powerful, great lyrics if you’re participants are listening to the lyrics. Have them, and let them know to incorporate the powerful meaning of the song into their moves.
The transitions are obvious in the music.
Pre-Teach: The side-side-123 is great to pre-teach, ask your participants to do it with you.
First move: Start them up with the stomp, really heavy so you can hear them stomping. Get your whole body into the stomping, arms, head, everything is going along.
Second move: Change to the slow motion on the spot movement, however the music wants them to move slowly.
Third move: Change into the side-side-123, still heavy and strong, powerful and with lots of energy.
