Pre-Teach: The body rolls

Purpose: To explore sexy diva energy

Pre-teach: Tell people that this song is all about naughty, sexy, nasty moves. So as they dance this they have permission to
completely get their stripper on!
Then tell them you would like them to try out body rolls, and have them do it with you as you show it: waving and rolling through
the spine, front/back and side ways, circling the hips and rib-cage and shoulders.
Now add a bit of nasty and mix up all these moves in your own naughty dance!
First Move: Is a dance walk. Connect everyone to the beat, then give them all the style words to embody the music. Use the whole
space, diva walk with lots of turns and flipping hair!
Second Move: Is dance-8-walk-8. Coach for a naughty dance OTS and then really confidently dance the walk for 8. Suggest
different body parts for the dance 8: hips, arms, shoulders, chest, body rolls, using levels, walls and pillars.
Give groove truths to remind them to give themselves permission to be naughty and sexy!
Third move: is body rolls. Slow, sexy, naughty. Coach them through it if they need pointers on how to do it.
Fourth move: is fast feet. Simply have them softly run OTS building up the energy for the last round of dance walking.
