First move: 8 count balance – softly and slowly moving into and out of balances, as the music dictates.
You can balance on one foot or both feet, or challenge your body position to create an off balance feeling while you dance it!
Lots of flow and creativity here. Do it in ways you have never, ever tried before
Second move: 4 count balance, 2 slow 4 quick – The music will pick up, feel the 2 slow and 4 quick first, then really begin to express the balance and DANCE the travel rhythm.
There is an intimacy to this, a soft, delicate and enjoyable flow to it!
