There is a part in this song where it slows down. Have them slow down their Kung Fu moves there. There’s a step heel. Eventually, you’ll graduate it up to a step knee. This song doesn’t really have a transition. With kids, work off of the energy. Keep them engaged and use your discretion when you want to change moves.

First move: Kung Fu moves. Get your legs and arms in it. Whoever’s around you, start showing them your Kung Fu moves. Get down lower. Don’t forget to breathe. Travel these moves around the room. Yes. Use all the space around your body. Play with the person beside you. Use the empty space around their body.


Second move: Slide heel. Heel. Heel. Take this around the space. Do whatever you want with your arms.
Groove with the person beside you. Slide knee up. Add your arms. Add your funky style.
