Purpose: To create a group connection and to get everyone to go down together
Pre-Teach: In this song we are going to go down together as a group, try this with me, we go down slow for 4 using our arms creatively then we come up for 4. See if you can sense the feel of the group moving as one. Down together, up together. Make sure they do it with you to feel it.
First move: Down-4-Up-4. Arms floating. Legs wide. Just start to explore with your arms. Reaching, pulling, stretching.
Down 2,3,4 Up 2,3,4. Transition your weight from foot to foot to get to explore more with your movement. You can lean and reach.
Down 2,3,4 Up 2,3,4. Turn it into a dance together we go down together and we go up together. Tune into the people around you and feel the move together. Can you do it a little differently each time? Use your whole body, going down and coming up.
Add your essence and style. Keep exploring the space around your body. Do it your way.
Second move: Walk-8-Down-4-Up-4. Now meditative walk to a new spot in the room 6,7,8. And go down 2,3,4, move your arms around in the open space. Walk toward someone. Take it down 4 and up 4 slow and together, arms creatively moving. Now walk somewhere new for 8.
All together down. Meditative walk. Feel the group going together. Down 2,3,4. Weave and move. Give yourself permission to explore the space around you on that down. Beautiful. Walk meditatively. Down. Up. Sense the group moving together as one.
Third move: Shake hands. Start low and let your hands shake. Slowly bringing those hands up. Keep shaking all together. All the way up.
