Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No
Focus: Internal
Purpose: To cool down the body and practice the ability to focus the attention inward while moving.

A slow, meditative, soulful sing-a-long Groove.

First move: Walk. Relax your body and start to walk to the beat, softly and gently. It’s slow, relaxed and soulful. As you travel the room allow your focus to be internal. Be aware of the other people in the room, but let this song be personal, just for you.
You can walk backwards, sideways and you can turn. And stay connected to that gentle and soulful feel as you dance your walk.
What happens if you lift your arms and let them be expressive as well?
Sing along if you know it. Let your voice express it.
Let this be a walking meditation. Move with focus and attention.
Can your head move? Your shoulders? Listen to the song and give yourself permission to express it in your own way. No one can do it for you. Tune in to you – and dance it YOUR way.

Second move: Knock-knock-knock. Now look up, lift your hands and sing as you knock. Keep your body relaxed and allow your focus to be internal. Knock again. Dance it in your own way. You can’t get it wrong. And give yourself permission to sing. Your way is the right way.
You can knock with one hand at a time, both hands – do it your way.

Pre-Enseñar: No
Enfoque: Interno
