Purpose: To explore movement on the floor
Be mindful of your audience with this song, it’s sensual and sexy.
**** Do not observe them in this song from a standing position. Make sure you are on the floor doing it with them. This is an intimate song so you want to give them their privacy so make sure you observe them in a discrete way.
First move: rock on your butt. Position your participants on the floor, sitting on their butt, leaned back, hands behind them, weight in the hands.
Soften your face, soften your breath and gently roll or sway your head.
Start to gently rock from side to side, from one butt cheek to the other, knees are open, and gentle rock the knees from side to side as well.
As you are doing this, you are massaging the meat in your butt cheeks. At the same time, also giving yourself an abdominal massage. Really keep that movement gentle and slow, make it feel yummy.
You’re also massaging your lower back at the same time. As you continue, you’ll notice that you could actually pick up one leg and start travelling on your butt cheek.
You can’t get wrong. Dance it your own way. And make it feel good.
You could travel backwards, or even turn around and face another direction. If you want to, you can rock so far that you even roll over on your tummy, roll back up again and keep travelling slowly, massaging your butt cheeks.
Go as slow as you want and add lots of breath.
Is your head moving with it? If not, see if you can add some slow yummy circles.
Allow your whole body to softly move and dance as you rock on your butt.
Add your breath.
You can be sensual, seductive and sexy.
Listen to the song and let it inspire your dance.
