Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No
Focus: External
Purpose: Build strength and interactions

First move: Present baby Simba. Get everyone to be low to the ground and slowly raise baby Simba up to the sky with confidence presenting him to everyone.
Gently place him on the ground.

Second move: Jump, jump, jump together x2 and head bob.
Start by doing this side to side and then once they are comfortable with the combination and timing, get them to change directions and move around each other in interesting ways.

Third move: Slow motion warriors. Ask them to be really creative using their legs and arms moving around their bodies in slow motion.
Build in interactions.

Fourth move: Heavy stomp. Relax the rest of the body and just stomp around the space.
Get the arms involved, dance them however they’d like.

Fifth move: Double hop with celebration arms.
Invite lots of interactions with this move and to lean into their double hops.
