Purpose: To strengthen the legs with the skill of squatting and jumping, get heart pumping
FIRST MOVE: Lets practice bending our knees 2 times in a row, like a low bounce. Yea you got it, can you feel your legs working? Now let’s try to add a jump… like this, bend your knees, now bend again and jump! Wow how high in the air can you fly? Remember if you don’t feel like jumping you can come to your tippy toes or just keep bouncing. This is a great way to build strong legs!
SECOND MOVE: Now lets Walk 4 times, count it with me, and now dance where you are. Time to show your style in your walk and your dance. We are giving our leg muscles a little break before we start jumping again.
