First move: Reach. Reach as far as you can. Use your whole body. Start to take steps so your whole body gets involved. You can reach up, down, or to your side. You get to decide. Creatively explore all the ways you can reach. There’s no recovery so take deep breaths. Every now and then, see if you can touch the ground. Strength. Endurance.
Second move: 8 heels 4 jacks. Move your whole body. Any way you want. You’re going to get your heart rate up here. Let your body dance the movement. Let yourself be wild. Modify when you need to.
