Purpose: To increase heart rate
First move: Rock-step, which is front-tap, back-tap. Add lots of shoulders, and let your whole upper body move with it, even more when the music gets a bit louder.
Second move: Funky dance-walk. Get them into a walk, add some funk, lift up your knees, make it cool and funky, creatively dance around each other, play with it. Where else can you take your dance walk?
Third move: OTS run. This comes in really briefly, but it’s so much fun to add it when you hear it in the music.
Don’t worry if you miss the transitions, both moves work if needed.
Don’t worry if you miss the short run and freeze, just rock-step over it.
