Focus: External
Purpose: To warm up or cool down the body

This is a nice, chilled and smooth reggae song great for warming up or cooling down the body, and a super way to get people to connect without touching.

First move: ‘Bend knees and find your own reggae style dance’ – invite them to find their own unique reggae style dance. Encourage them to use their whole body with soft knees, loose arms, gentle hip movements, rolling shoulders, whatever they envisage to be reggae style.

Second move: ‘Travel your reggae style dance’. Facilitate them to travel their unique reggae style dance, exploring directions and levels, moving different body parts.
Remind them that they cannot get it wrong and that their way is the right way.

Third move: ‘Point to someone and say, ”just the way you are girl”, and then dance with them.
This happens four times so encourage them to point and dance with a different person each time, keeping it soft, smooth, relaxed and delicious.
