**This is an explicit song, you can find clean versions if you want.
First move: Step Clap – confident connection to the music, at the same time recovering from the intense parts of this song. Travel in all directions!!
Second move: Running with feet close together, high knees if you want. Travel this around the space but not far or fast….just focus on the knees and encourage the arms to dance!
Third move: Leap/hop – this is a functional move that is different from many of our others. Pre-teach this. It may take a couple times for them to get it but they can! Leap goes from one foot to the other like you are going over a river….then the hop goes from the one foot onto the same foot, like straight up in the air. Working on one leg power here!
BREAK: There is a break toward the end for some recovery time, interaction time and then it kicks back in for one more round!
Transitions – **’Advanced just because it is not straightforward.
