Jump Up! by Imagination Movers (KIDS)

Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: Yes, the partner turn around Focus: External Purpose: play with different moves

Pre teach the turning around with partner. Have them find a kid and hold both hands, then jump and turn around with them. Then press play!

First move: Jump + Sit Down + Get up. Simply ask them to jump, and ask how high can you jump? When the singer goes “Get down” then ask them to sit down on the floor! As he sings “Get up” you do that! Not much time to coach for anything other than the activity, since the song is quite short and you change moves pretty fast.

Second move: Turn around! Ask them to find the kid closest to them, hold their hands and jump and turn with them. When this part is over, there is a little section before it starts over with the first move. Use this time to have them let go of their partner and get ready to jump.
