Purpose: loosen up, get crazy, cardio
First move: We start with a simple funky strut walk – add in lots of fun things like high fives and silly faces and attitude. Walk like you own the room.
Tell them to involve their arms and interact with each other. Add in your hands. Give it a bit of attitude. Add in some interaction like pointing at each other as they go past.
Second move: The other move is four walks or skips and a juicy wiggle – you just shake it around crazy like! Be as ridiculous as you can!
Tell them to let their hair move and their head dance as crazy as possible.
Third move: There is a little bit in the music where you can hold the spot, take your arms out to the side and lift them from low to high as the music builds
