Pre-teach the third move before starting the music.
First move: Look at the others. For the intro; make your eyes and head look somewhere new.
Maybe trying to look at the other kids. Keep the confidence and strength and “start hitting the beat of the music as if you are doing karate or taekwondo.
Use your whole body like a warrior. Try moving your legs as well, and explore levels! Hit a new place every time!”
Second move: Warrior move.
Third move: Kick and walk 7. “Kick-walk-3-4-5-6-7-8-KICK!”. Repeat 4 times.
You can also jump or punch instead of kicking! Try something different every time! “Show me how you walk with confidence!”
Fourth move: Bounce ball and throw. “You are going to bounce a basketball across the space and throw it in the basket”
Fifth move: Arm punch & walk 2. “Punch with your arms and walk 2! Punch in all directions! Strong! Powerfu!“
