Pre-Teach: Talk about style
Focus: External
Purpose: Work on balance and strength while kicking and trying the charleston, practice moving with a different style and feel
First move: Lets walk, now make it stylish! How can you walk swanky like we talked about. Great work with your arms and hands. Show me all the directions you can move in
Second move: Now lets twist, getting your waist nice and warm. Can you try it on one foot and balance? How about the other foot? What if you bend your knees and go low?
Third move: Step Kick, Step Kick. Great work. Move around the room as you kick. Lets try a Charleston step kick front now kick back. Great work, this can be tough lets keep practicing.
Fourth move: Now lets shake and shimmy
