2 moves, great leg track and the music is going to make you wanna dance your down and ups.
You can explain the moves during the intro to the song.
First move, down-and-up. When the beat kicks in, it’s a down and up two times, after that, change directions after every 2 steps, dance with your upper body while you down and up.
Coach them to go as low as they want and can, it’s totally up to them. Small steps though, it’s quite fast.
Second move, walk-2-dance-2 or say 1-2-dance-dance, make it cool and with lots of attitude.
Back to the chorus and the down and up. Encourage them to go lower, work it.
At the end, walk it out, slow walk first, then tempo walk, you’ll hear that in the music the last couple of seconds.
