Moves: Low Drums, 2 to the side, tap back with arms
First move: Drums OTS, with strong arms, elbows open and powerful hits over each knee! Once they are connected, invite them to move around the room while drumming. To stay low, powerful and to get creative in how they move.
The second time this comes around, feel free to have them partner up to drum together for a bit of connection and agility in the arms.
Second move: Low 2 to the side, with floppy arms. Heavy and deep in the steps, yet with a little bounce to it! Have them really dance it and give it their own style!!
Third move: Tap back with a big arm swing back or an opening of the chest!! Do this move for not too long before going back to the other moves but be sure to include it as it is a unique way in which we can practice moving.
**Go between these three moves as it feels best to you…be sure to include them all and as you get to know the music, you can hear some really powerful points of connection.
