Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No
Focus: External
Purpose: To lubricate hips and lower spine.

First Move: Kick and flick. Connect your groovers to the kick and invite the flick with the hands as well. It’s swanky and confident so
allow yourself to play with that vibe as you dance it. You can kick in different directions, and flick your hands in a different place
everytime. Your way is the right way so add your own style and pizzazz as you dance your kick & flick. You can dance it
backwards and sideways or connect with the walls as you kick – your dance, you decide!
Explore the space as you dance your kick & flick around the room and feel free to add a little flirtyness in your dance. Show me how
you get your whole body dancing – even your head!

Second Move: Twist: Stay in one place, bend your knees softly and give me a gentle twist. Stick things out as you twist; moving you
hips, your spine, your shoulders, head and arms. A jazzy, relaxed and confident twist. As you twist try to explore your levels and
maybe even your balance by picking up one foot as you twist. Just try it out – remember you can’t get it wrong on this
dancefloor.
