Moves: Walk / Kicks / Arms Pumps and Sprint

First move: Peppy Walk with lots of arms dancing and carefree! Travel the space and connect with each other!

Second move: Step Kick, this is bouncy, peppy, lots of arms swinging and feeling good! Or Like a Little Kid!!

Third move: is an arm pump power pose and bursting little sprint to another spot in the room. This burst is what will really challenge their reaction time and boost cardio! You’ll take arms up, pump them on “yeah yeah yeah”, then quickly go somewhere else to do it again! Happens more at the end!
