Purpose: To get the heart rate up, play with stride length when you walk, find your best Jazz hands
First Move: Walk. Get those jazz hands going. Walk through the space. Use all directions. Move through the whole room. Around each other. Lots of style. If you want more cardio, you can take bigger strides. See how far you can travel. Maybe add a turn now and then. Be as creative as you can. Lots of jazz hands all around you. As ridiculous as you can! Playful. Yes! Your way is the right way. Let’s see your personality. But keep those feet moving. Your whole body is dancing and moving, even your face. So fun!
Second Move: Kick Line. Knee and kick. Knee and kick. Yes! Kick as high as feels comfortable for you.
