Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No
Focus: Internal
Purpose: To strengthen arms, shoulders and upper back.

Be aware not to tell people they are birds, that is not the mind set we want them to be in. Simply that they can move their arms like wings.
Don’t coach for the rhythm in the feet, they can travel how they want, focus is on the arms.

First move: Arms like wings. Start to lift up your arms and move them as if they were beautiful wings.
You can play with softness, elegance, and flowy movements as you make your arms dance.

You can explore big or small movements and simply play with how you can move your arms like wings. Move your arms in different ways and explore the space around you. Now dance it. Dance it with your whole body. You can’t get it wrong.
See if you can travel somewhere in the room. Moving in different directions, into the open spaces and see what happens if your explore your levels as you travel.
You don’t have to interact with anyone on the dance floor, allow yourself to be in your own meditative space as you dance.
Start to let more of your body dance with your arms. Your spine. Your chest. Your hips. How can you dance it with your whole body?
Sing along if you know it.
Don’t let your arms stop moving.
Connect to the music in a way that feels right for you. Play with the rhythm and the softness of the music in your dance.
Breathe with your movement and make your dance feel good.
How can you move your arms like wings? How can you dance it?

Transitions:
No set transitions since there is only one move.

Pre-Enseñar: No
Enfoque: Interno
Propósito: Para fortalecer brazos, hombros y espalda alta.
