First move: Open arms and begin to explore flying motions. Dance them! Use all your directions, moving from shoulders all the way to your hands. Remember to deepen your breath while dancing this. You can play with OTS and travel at the beginning.

Second move: 8 Travel and 8 OTS arms motions utilizing everything in your body and all of your levels! This is where the strength of the legs comes in and we can play with balance as well.
