Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No
Focus: Mostly external in the poses, mostly internal in the OTS circles.
Purpose: To explore creating physical compositions and shapes with the body in multiple ways. Practicing isolated movements in the spine and chosen body parts.

First move is posing to the beat. The song is very clear in when to transition.
Coach for sharp distinct poses, different every time. If people only stay on the spot, have them travel their poses.
Also invite for using levels, floor and walls. This song is sexy and naughty so you want to coach for inappropriate poses.

Three times during the song you will have them freeze on the spot and circle a body part.
You can have them choose the body part (give them options to choose from if they are hesitant), or if you find your crowd needs it, you decide and tell them what to circle; head, hips, wrists, rib cage, shoulders and so on.

Give it as an option to close their eyes to really dive into the move.

Transitions:
In this song there is no specific time code. If you want, you can use the chorus for the OTS circles. It comes three times, and can be a help as a frame for the song.
You can also decide for yourself when you want them to transition between the moves. If you find you have time for more OTS circles you just add it in.
