Purpose: Work the legs and lubricate the hips

First move: Kick – Start with a lot of sass and swank. Let’s kick, nice easy and slow. You can add a snap with your kick. Show me all the places you can kick. How high can you kick? Get your whole body dance sassy with your kick. Can you style it with your arms? Let the sassiness come out of your face. Show me some confidence and personality. Do it your way. Where else can you kick? **There are a few pauses where you can pose, but don’t worry if you miss it, you can kick the whole time** How swanky can you be? Have you kicked backwards yet? Sell it! Over the top with your sassiness. You can’t get it wrong, just kick with style and pizazz.

Second Move: Booty Combo – OTS Butt Circles, Booty Swing – Now stay on the spot, stand legs apart, bend your knees and draw the biggest circle you can with your booty. A big yummy circle with your booty. Really bend your knees to make that circle big, but listen to your body and do it so it feels good to you. Now take your tail and swing it big side to side, show off that yummy booty. Big.. side to side like you are proud of it. Let’s do it again, big circle. Can you go the other direction? Add your style and personality. Can you get your arms involved? Show me how you dance it your way. Now swing that booty side to side. Show it off. Do it your way.

Third Move: Slow Sultry Walk – Now give me a slow sultry walk. Add your sass and confidence. Lift your chin, and use your arms to accentuate your sass. Slow and yummy, Do it your way. Can you make it yummy?
