Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: no
Focus: internal
Purpose: Practice the ability of getting up and down from the floor.

This is an abstract and a little bizarre creative functional training song. Be mindful of your audience as you will be going up and down creatively to the floor.
This can also be done in chairs and on the wall. Great way for everyone to keep the ability of getting up and down off the ground.
Also great to inspire them with this information.
Keep your body relaxed and loose and very slow and careful, melt yourself creatively to the floor. Take your time, you can use your hands on the floor for support.
Once you are down all the way, find a creative and relaxed way to roll over somehow, then come back up creatively and a little bizarre like you are pulling yourself off the floor.
Take a meditate walk somewhere else in the room, into an open space and repeat.
