Purpose: To mobilize rib-cage and shoulders and warm up the body

First move is a 1-2-123. If your participants are struggling with the rhythm pattern, you can instead introduce it as a simple 1-2 walk and invite them to do 123’s whenever they feel like.
Ask them to change directions with the rhythm and involve their whole body once they are familiar with the rhythm.

Second move is on the spot moving their arms softly. Ask them to explore opening and closing the chest with the arm movements.
