Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No
Focus: Both (external when travel, internal OTS)
Purpose: to mobilize your fingers, wrists, hips and spine

First move: Mudras and shapes: Every time you hear the click in the music, create some kind of mudra with your hands and an
interesting shape with your body. Can you use all your body, not only the hands and arms? Explore using your levels, above
you, below and the space around you. Can you change your directions? You can’t get it wrong, try different things.
You can travel a little with each mudra. Explore the space and your body. Make your mudras distinct and clear, you can even look at
your hands to get your head and eyes involved.
Second move: Slow hip and body circles. Bend your knees and slowly circle your hips. Make it super yummy. Now let your wrists and
arms float and play around your body. (its ok if they keep making mudras on this part, but your focus is on the circle of the
hips and floating arms)
Can you make your movements softer and a little sensual. Now try to reverse your direction. You can put those circles in all of your
body, get your upper body involved, you can roll and circle your spine with your hips.. Slow it down, the music will tell you. Put
your style, essence, and breath into your movement.
