Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: Yes – open to someone, walk 4
Focus: External
Purpose: To interact and connect

Pre-Teach: Open to someone and say “I think you’re swell” then dance walk 4. Try it a couple times with me.

First move: Snap and travel. Connect to the snap, take it all around your body, but do it with personality and style.
Now travel your snaps, smile at people as you pass by them. Use your whole body, your levels, and directions as you snap.

Second Move: Open up to someone, walk 4. This starts with 8 walks, then on the next 8 counts you open up to someone for 4
counts, then dance walk 4 counts.
Go to someone different each time and tell them “I think you’re swell”. Put some style and personality into it.
Let someone know they are swell. Use your whole body and your personality when you open up to someone.
Be playful with each other. Make sure you dance your walk
