Notice that in parts of this song, there are accents. As a Facilitator, you can guide them between the softness of the song and the places with a bit of an accent. In that part, invite them to play with it.

First move: quick-quick-slow. This song has one rhythm throughout the entire song. Listen to the music. Start to connect with the quick- quick-slow. Use the space creatively. Backwards. Sideways. Turns now and then. Add arms.
See how softly you can dance this rhythm. Allow different body parts to be part of the dance. Shoulders. Hands. Add levels. Invite your whole body into the dance. Show me how you express it.
It’s a little dramatic. Let the music inspire you. Infuse it with your breath. Allow yourself to be in your own meditative dance. Play with the intensity of the music. If you want you can add this little accent when you hear it.
Fully dance it. Add your breath. Add your fingers. If you want to sing or hum along, you’re welcome to. You can even play on the spot with this rhythm in different body parts.
