Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: The Combo: Rock-Sweat-Dance
Focus: External
Purpose: To increase heart rate and create fun and playful interactions on the dancefloor

Pre-teach: ‘I want you to try this little combo with me – and give me personality, attitude and confidence while you show me where
you sweat!
First you lift up your arms when they sing ‘I rock’, then point to your arm pit as they sing ‘I sweat’ and as they sing ‘I dance’, you
dance to a new place in the room’.
Dance it with them a few times and encourage them to point to new spots on their body where they sweat – and to show it to a
fellow groover. So much fun!
First move: Dance walk. After the intro simply connect them to the beat and have them explore the room. Have them dance walk with
confidence, attitude and playful show-off vibe.

Second move: Combo. Keep it simple the first few times so they get the pattern.
Then have them dance to a new spot every time, have them interact with each other and inspire them to be playful with showing the
others where they sweat.

At 2:06 the music slows down and you simply do the combo in slooooow motion.

At 2:20 you go back to the dance walk but facilitate it smaller, more peppy and swing-like so it fits the style of the music.
