Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: no
Focus: both internal and external
Purpose: To warm up the body and mobilize hip joints

First move: Body roll. Start them OTS with a head and slow shoulder roll, adding lots of breath and making it feel really good.

Second move: When the music kicks in take them for 4 walks and hold OTS for 4 hips side to side. Invite them to bend their knees allowing more movement in the hips.
Encourage them to make it sexy and seductive. Nice slow walk, in all directions. Invite them to use their arms, making this hips sharp.

At the break return to the shoulder roll and invite them to add other parts, rolling their rib cage, spine, hips, head, you name it.
