Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: yes
Focus: both
Purpose: To practice syncopated rhythm and to explore expressing sexiness through movement
This song asks your participants to become one with a very strong rhythm and also to get lost in a very sensual and sexy, expressive dance. The style of this song is sexy, feminine, sensual yet strong and confident. While dancing this rhythm, have your participants play with lots of hips and head movements. Get your hair and head involved, too.

First move: Three slow and three quick steps (SSSQQQ). The rhythm pattern starts right away and is pretty strong in the music. It is important to demonstrate the rhythm before you start the music and let them try it out.

Second move: OTS hip circles. When the music changes to instrumental, hold your participants OTS and tell them to really intensely circle their hips and throw sexy poses. If you have props and chairs to play with, this is the moment to use them.

Transitions:
0:00 slow-slow-slow-quick-quick-quick
1:13 OTS Hip Circles
1:59 slow-slow-slow-quick-quick-quick
2:22 OTS Hip Circles
2:33 slow-slow-slow-quick-quick-quick
End Dramatic, sexy pose

* Don’t worry if you miss this transition. You can basically switch between the moves whenever you feel like it. I use to work with the music in a way that I have them travel when she sings and OTS when there is only background music.
