First Move: Snap-Clap. Listen to the music. You’re going to hear a snap-clap. See if you can connect with it. Now loosen up your body. Creatively play with it. Put a little dance in it. Try going all around your body. Play with levels. Take some deep breaths. Keep dancing this though. Let’s see where all you can snap and clap. Catch your breath. Trust me, you’ll be glad we’re chilling out a bit here.
Second move: Poses. 2 slow, 2 fast. Little happy dance.
Third move: Travel-Combo (1-2, 123, 123, 123). Really travel through the space. Put some pep in your step. Get your arms in it. Really move through the room. Where haven’t you been? Open those arms like you love a rainy night. Big smile on your face.
