This song really walks you right through everything you need to do. It is fun, simple and a really great, get the party started kind of song. Use the lyrics to inspire creativity!

First move: Strut – Begin as soon as the music starts. Confident feeling, strong walk or STRUT!
The lyrics will tell you to “put your hands in the air”, do that. It will say “ants in your pants”, so walk like that. The last one is all backwards walking!!
**There is one opportunity to STOP, strike a pose and smile and a camera sound will happen in the song!!!

Second move: Double down – On the chorus, double down. Really dance it low, hip hop style with lots of arms “talking”.

Third move: Pump and Jump – get your hands up and start jumping. Offer up pumping only if they don’t want to jump, or have them do both.
Really get the party started!

Fourth move: Shake it – simply shake your body and have so much fun dancing it!
