Purpose: To massage and lubricate the spine and hips
This song is done on the floor. Start them on their stomachs. If you are standing before this song.
Show them how to carefully get to the floor. Be gentle with yourself. Once on your stomach, you can start the music and explain things while the music is playing.
They can start on their elbows so they can see you. Have them bend their knees and gentle move the feet side to side lubricating the back.
Let them play with this a bit, then when ready tell them they can roll and stretch with their movements. You can even travel, slow and easy.
Move around, but keep that yummy movement in the hips and legs, stretch out your movements, relax, be soft and make your movements feel really good.
