Purpose: To get everyone in their bodies and help them feel out how they groove.

First move: Walk 4 – Dance 4. Walk 4, dance 4. Walk somewhere new. Let your whole body dance including your head and upper body. Go somewhere new and dance it. Where else can you go? Show me what you’ve got. So funky. Add your own style! Lots of personality. How funky can you be? Travel somewhere new in the room. Get your head in it. Funky the whole time. See what your body can do. Maybe even go toward someone, then dance with them.

Second move: Walk 8 – Dance 8. Walk somewhere 8. Dance for 8. You can even add a turn. Your way is the right way. Feel like dancing, baby! Make it interesting.

Third move: Dance OTS. Now where you are, just keep dancing it out. Show me how you dance. Get your head in it. Use your levels. Stick out different body parts and let it feel good. Show somebody how much you feel like dancing. Let’s see your arms and your head moving. Make it as creative as you want. Put your personality in it. You can’t get this wrong. Dance it all around each other. You’ve got it. We feel like dancing!
