Focus: Internal to begin with, moving into the external focus if you choose to bring them into a circle after a while.
Purpose: To have time and space to bring the awareness back after the meditation.
Bring back after stillness
After stillness make sure you wake up your groovers in a soft and gentle way. Here are some things you can say when you wake them up:
‘Connect to your breath and slowly start to add a little movement into your body again.
You can blink your eyes open or keep them closed for a little longer.
Maybe you feel like stretching, rolling your wrists or feet or maybe rolling on to one side. Tune into your body and wake it up gently.
Make it feel good.
I’ll give you a few minutes just for you to do what your body needs right now.
You are not in a hurry, allow yourself to be slow and gentle with your movement.’
